JOIN THE STUDIO

We aspire to revolutionize our relationship with work by proclaiming and centering the rights, dignity, and aspirations of the people who power our mission. We are vehemently opposed to colonialism and its interconnected and mutually enforcing counterparts: capitalism and supremacism.

Inspired by Mission Equality, we have a flat structure, supported by individuals - known as Guardians - who take on responsibilities traditionally associated with roles such as 'CEO' or 'President.' Regular decision-making power is shared equally among all members of the Studio team.

In recruiting, we look for culture add, not culture fit, and enthusiastically encourage women, LGBTQI+ individuals, and others from marginalized communities to create with us.

We are not openly recruiting at this time; however, feel free to complete the form below to express interest in working with us!
